Solarized colorscheme bug

Runtime Environment

• Operating system and version: Arch Linux
• Terminal emulator and version: rxvt-unicode
• Python version: 3.7.3 (default, Jun 24 2019, 04:54:02) [GCC 9.1.0]
• Ranger version/commit: ranger 1.9.2
• Locale: en-US

Current Behavior

user@hostname in upper left corner is shown in white which is not readable with official solarized light theme

Expected Behavior

user@hostname is readable in upper left corner

Steps to reproduce

1. Use official solarized light .Xresource
   https://github.com/solarized/xresources/blob/master/Xresources.light
   to set solarized light in rxvt-unicode
2. set solarized theme in ranger
3. open ranger

As this hasn't been fixed, I'm reopening the issue. Unless there's a reason to close it?
