Lint failed for whatever reason, probably some related to GH outages happening once in a while recently. Passes locally

Summary:
Bumps Metro to 0.76.4. This is a regularly scheduled release, but it does contain facebook/metro@5d7305e, a last-minute fix that may be important enough to pick into the v11 branch and RN 0.72 before RN 0.72 RC3 is cut.
I'm aware we just updated Metro in the CLI+RN an hour ago, sorry @thymikee @kelset! We're not currently planning anything else that would force another bump.
