It seems something went wrong when I tried to run my own ZDL plugin on the G1on. The same thing happened when I tried your purestdr ZDL, though other plugins work fine. I'm currently working on developing my own plugins and converting them to ZDL to load onto the Zoom 1 series. Your software and hard work have been a huge help to me—thanks a lot!
Not the upstream author, but I maintain a fork that's collecting reports from other pedals (themanro/ZoomMultistompZDL). The G1on is a likely candidate: same ZDL format, but 5 slots per patch, and its per-effect memory and DSP budget are unmeasured, so heavier effects may not fit. If you can share which ZDL failed, your G1on firmware version, and what "went wrong" looked like (silence, freeze, missing from the list), it would help pin down the limits. Notes so far: docs/pedal-research/zdl-family.md.

Hi, glad to see you continued repeat98's work, and I tested loading nam capture on my g1on(with b1on firmware loaded), and it works! really excited to see. but with highest quality nam-zdl, on b1on, it seems there are some repeatly clipping noise, and I'm not sure what caused it, but with second level converted zdl it works well.

update: noise disappeared after I use 9vDC instead of using usb, so I think that is not relevent to nam2zdl. Now it works good and I really enjoy it.
