Upgrades all dependencies to their latest versions, notably rolldown-plugin-dts 0.28.8 → 0.29.0 and rolldown 1.2.15 → 1.2.16.

typescript stays on ~6.0.3. With TS 7.0 installed, rolldown-plugin-dts picks tsgo by default and runs it through the TS 7.0 CLI backend, which is now deprecated. Moving to TS 7 can wait for 7.1.

rolldown-plugin-dts v0.29 impact

tsdown forwards dts options to the plugin unchanged, so users see these changes directly:

• Deprecated: the top-level build, incremental, parallel, eager, newContext and vue options now go under tsc (e.g. dts: { tsc: { vue: true } }). The old form still works but logs a warning. Setting the same option at both levels throws an error.
• tsgo (experimental): @typescript/native-preview is no longer supported; it needs TypeScript 7.1+. tsgo.path changed meaning, and declaration maps come only from compilerOptions.declarationMap.
• New: tsgo API/VFS support, content mappers, and an experimental tsrs generator.

Changes

• Bump catalog versions and refresh the lockfile
• Regenerate schema.json for the new dts options
• Move vue / build under tsc in tests, docs (en + zh-CN) and skills
