已基于最新 upstream/dev（0063bd8）重新整理 PR，避免直接 rebase 历史提交引入生产内核冲突；仅重新应用 GUI/测试相关提交并 force-with-lease 更新分支。验证：providerConfig + providerHealthCheck 共 64 tests passed，0 failed；变更文件仅 GUI/i18n/tests，不含 src-tauri。当前 GitHub CI 正在运行。 |
