No working (Win11, Obs 32.0.2)

Since I'm a Russian speaker, I wanted to add this plugin to bleep out offensive words for me. But even after setting it up exactly as shown in your tutorial, it still didn’t work. I’ve rewatched the setup video 10 times, downloaded everything required, yet nothing happens. What am I doing wrong? (Screenshots attached.*)

My pc configurations:
i7-3610QM 2,3 Mhz
HD Graphics 4000
16GB

Same scenario also in Italian, i've also tried to take out debug log (visible when "advanced settings enabled", but cannot find log path/location), both recording or streaming the plugin seem not working.

test performed:

• I've tried to run obs as user and also as admin
• I've tried both CPU and GPU as device.
• I've tried tiny, small and large (ach one also trying "english" and keeping english words as regexp)

Quick test i've used monitoring just, without stream, and plugin still not give any signal of life.
Is there a way to enable a more detailed logfile (and where the plugin save the file?)
