You're correct, it needs an entry in SUMMARY.md. cf. #2448.

oh I should have marked it as draft. I was mostly checking that gh permissions work on my new node. I didn't even bother with trying to compile it yet. I'll push some real build instructions later once I actually figured out how to build it :D
