Looks like the tooltip isn't showing in the collapse. Neither data-tip nor class="tooltip-content".

Is this a bug in daisy or are we being hindered by HTML/CSS here?

I think it would be too much to ask from collapse :). It needs overflow hidden to work, and tooltip wants to get outside.

Wrap the collapse in the tooltip (same thing should be done when you want tooltip on buttons if they can be disabled)

Hmm I see, yea the z-1 here: <div class="collapse-title font-semibold tooltip z-1" data-tip="Tooltip"> seems to make the TT work, but the collapse brick.
