Clean up LC2ST tutorial

The L-C2ST tutorial is very long and convoluted, which is causing confusion, see here.

We should trim it and make it more clear what the minimal API for L-C2ST is.

Hi! I’ve opened a PR (#1818) addressing this issue by improving the clarity, structure, and readability of the LC2ST tutorial.

I focused on simplifying the introduction, improving flow, and removing redundant parts to make the tutorial easier to follow.

I’d really appreciate any feedback or suggestions for further improvements. Thanks!
