Is this fully compatible with Symfony 4.4 ?

Hello,

I have a symfony 3.4 environment where it works just fine, but in Symfony 4, the same code, it does not render my Payment method ( PayPal ) inside the form, any idea why it is missing?

I did added the configuration in:

config/packages/payment.yaml
