Update imagej-omero to new SCIFIO

The OMEROFormat needs adjustment to conform to the updated SCIFIO API:

I'm not sure why I filed this here in pom-scijava, rather than the imagej-omero repository—I guess because it's version skew in the BOM, and needs to be addressed as part of pom-scijava 32.0.0—but I'm going to close it here in favor of #173 and imagej/imagej-omero#107.
