Setup - need to reload after logging in to Plex

Description

In the setup, after the Plex login, the app is stuck at stet 3. You need to reload the page to proceed.

I noticed this when I set up my instance last week, and I can reproduce it in develop.

1. Check out develop.
2. Remove all configs from /config.
3. Start pnpm dev.
4. Choose Plex, then log in.

Wouldn't this be happening because you're running Seerr in dev mode?

@gauthier-th I just tested it with a new container on my home-lab.

I did it twice. Once witch Chrome. Then I reset the container and the config files. And ran it once with Safari. I have zero extensions on Safari. You never know if it's not an extension ...

That was supposed to fix it and it did in my testing. Not sure why its not working again.

EDIT: lol silly me, i forgot to update setup and only updated login
