I think we could just use a direct href to the latest release, e.g. https://github.com/servo/servo-nightly-builds/releases/latest/download/servo-aarch64-android.aar. This would remove the need to maintain Cloudflare redirection rules.

I am not sure about this. The redirection rules are a one-time cost (hopefully) and not something we need to keep updating often. The current limitation on the number of rules is because we are in the free tier. If the project becomes more popular with demand for more downloadable artifacts, we could consider a paid tier.

In the past, having the ability to setup redirections for blog.servo.org and wpt.servo.org has been helpful, so seems like CF will still be needed unless we move to a different infra setup (not sure if GH pages can be used here). Even for downloads, we used the the URL redirections when moving from S3 to GitHub seamlessly.

The custom links also give the project a more "professional" feel, IMO. But I'm fine switching to GH links if we think that has other benefits.
