Clear and concise description of the feature you are proposing

This is a pixel filter that allows some customization and is a simple JS library, should be easy to implement.

I'd like to try to add it myself, but reading the documentation I did not fully understand how to add a new tool.
A more in-depth tutorial on how to setup everything to create new tools would be awesome.

Is there example of this tool in the wild?

Hi @Drakest-0 , I just made (small) changes to https://github.com/sharevb/it-tools?tab=readme-ov-file#contribute that explains how to add a new tool. Before, you need to fork this repo, clone the repo in local, install VSCode (ie in WSL2), create a branch, create a new tool, code and push branch and then create a PR

I'm currently working on it, but I couldn't install this TypeScript Vue Plugin (Volar), and seems to not be needed anymore.

I may need some help in the future to create the PR as I've never done it.
