P1 Badge Keep eslint compatible with declared Node support

This upgrade moves the lint toolchain to eslint@10, which now requires node: ^20.19.0 || ^22.13.0 || >=24; that means environments still on Node 18 (or Node 20.0–20.18) can no longer reliably install/run lint, while package.json still advertises "engines": { "node": ">=16" }. In CI or local setups using engine checks, this causes immediate install/lint breakage and effectively drops previously working Node 18 development support without declaring it.
