In recent versions of siesta
DM.UseSaveDMis set totrueby default. To avoid any confusion (and potential incorrect reads of the DM) I thought it would be better to explicitly set this flag tofalseif noparent_calc_folderis present, since in this case the siesta calculation should always start fresh. What do you think?
