本 repo 以公開方式展示可驗證的憑證與資歷的 metadata（標題、發證機構、取得日期、驗證連結、去識別化縮圖、標籤、摘要等）。內容可能包含數位認證、執照、badge、學歷證明及其他可驗證的資歷。為保護個資，原始憑證（PDF 或含敏感個資的文件）不會存放在公開 repo 中。
This repo publicly displays verifiable credential metadata and qualifications (title, issuer, date, verification link, de‑identified thumbnail, tags, summary, etc.). It may include digital certifications, issued licenses, badges, academic credentials, and other verifiable qualifications. To protect personal data, original certificates (PDFs or documents containing sensitive personal information) are not stored in this public repository.
請優先使用發證機構或第三方（如 Credly）的官方驗證連結。metadata 應能讓驗證者追溯並向發證機構查證。
Prefer official verification links from the issuer or third parties (e.g., Credly). The metadata should allow verifiers to trace and confirm credentials with the issuing organization.
