macOS dock icon reappears after auto-update runs

• OS version and name: macOS 10.13.2

• Hyper.app version: 2.0.0-canary.9

• hyperterm-summon version: 2.0.5

Issue

After enabling hideDock, the dock icon will return after Hyper attempts to auto-update installed plugins.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Enable hideDock config.
2. Allow Hyper to run for a 5 hours to have auto-update plugins invoke.

Expected Result

macOS dock icon remains hidden.

Actual Result

macOS dock icon shows up in dock and application switcher again.
