Broken links in the Installing CLI Tools document

Describe the bug

The links to the different tools in Installing CLI Tools readme are broken.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Installing CLI Tools
2. Click on a link for any of the tools in the table
3. A 404 message error will appear

Expected behavior

The links should direct the user to the folder of the respective tool.
