Linux - Blended toolbar?

Hello,

In order to help clean up the UI and allow it to blend a little better, I would propose a "blended" toolbar, per the window-theme = ghostty option under ghostty.

I'm not familiar with ghostty, could you provide a screenshot of it with showing the look you're interested in?

This is currently only possible for macOS. Winit doesn't seem to have the bindings for X11 nor Wayland. The platform specific window settings is translated from iced into winit here: https://github.com/iced-rs/iced/blob/master/winit/src/conversion.rs#L90-L142

I think Winit would be the first step in adding this, and then we can create the bindings in Iced afterwards. Once done we can then use it in Halloy.
