The intended usage for this engine is a bit confusing. Is it just for doing analytics/sync, or is it intended to be able to serve as an alternative way of handling regular Stripe interactions (such as handling a sale).

Add/clarify the intended uses with a guide. For example, if I am starting a brand new project and want to handle Stripe sales, is this an appropriate tool?
