Baseline support profile

In our first meeting we discussed as a goal for this task force to create a baseline support profile for clients and server wishing to implement the ActivityPub API.

Here's what I might suggest as a baseline support profile:

• ActivityPub 1.0 spec sections 3, 4, 5, and 6.
• OAuth profile #1
• Rate limiting #4
• CORS #5
• Media upload #6
• Remote object access #10
• Support HTTP caching #64

I think this gives you the basics you need to make an interesting social client.

There are a lot of performance enhancements that can be added with filtering, push delivery, searching, and so on, but I think you can build a Pixelfed or Upcoming on top of this baseline profile.
