back compat: allow using full url for server

A customer reported that their old script for tabcmd 1 stopped working in tabcmd 2. They used the entire workbook URL as the server value:

tabcmd.exe login -s https://prod-useast-b.online.tableau.com/#/site/gtam/workbooks/1305217/views -t "GTAM"

error in logs showed:
[34888] ERROR 2024-09-25 09:53:42,064: Uncaught exception RuntimeException: javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target
