Idea: Tiny Serve + Tiny Sync #112

Sync: The ability to self host very small apps (Node?) that can handle syncing to a SQLite DB over HTTP or WebSocket. Would allow apps to local, but have multiple copies that sync nicely.

Serve: Allow versions of apps like Tiny Tally to work online, with versions of "tiny" that give as much functionality as possible. Would work with sync. Would require a user service though which is the biggest change in ideas I think?

Thoughts from others welcome too.
