btw zh-Hans is Han Simplified, Traditional Chinese should be zh-Hant. I think we can also add zh-Hant if there is a need and it's simple to do so.

Hi — taking this one.
After auditing every locale on
main, French was the only remaining language still showing the English placeholders (Meeting Agendas/Meeting Notes); the rest are already translated:agendanotesPR #660 fills in the French entries (
Ordres du jour/Comptes rendus), which should fully resolve this issue. Happy to adjust wording if a French-fluent reviewer prefers a different phrasing.fix tc39#406, translate fr site.json agenda and notes
