What was changed
Add a test to validate that the Nexus operation summary is observable in the event history of the calling workflow.
Why?
The existence and plumbing of the operation summary was added in da7202a#diff-9ff633ffc96454ca016ad15b4f7338d55145ac1bde9284a3a922c66f4e5371d3R25, so the functionality of the summary already exists, but there is no test for it. This PR adds a basic test for the Nexus operation summary.
