Report Notification: Improve E-Mail Test Report for rungroup

The rungroup email has several issues:

1. It takes too long to arrive/being send. In our case the difference is 30 mins between the bamboo email and the testomat email.
   

1a. The list of displayed test runs is too large. And the runs that the receiver is interested in, are at the end of the list.
2. The link name contains technical details
3. The notification rule can be pointed out by title, not by code. This improves the readability.

Describe the solution you'd like

1. Limit the test runs, that are used to build the rungroup report email, to max. of 10 runs
2. Just display the run title (e.g. "Smoke #186425")
3. Use the notification rule title (e.g. "Failed Smoke Tests of Desktop App"), instead of the Rule Expression

Additional solution
4. Please consider to reverse the order of displayed runs, so that the last run is on top. This would fit to the view of testruns on testomat.io

Our situation:
We have a group of smoke tests with over 2k runs. I guess this is the cause for issue 1. and 1a.
