Chat with tests: error undefined method `suite' for nil

Describe the bug
When I start an interaction with Chat with tests I get an error: undefined method `suite' for nil

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. open a project with tests
2. trigger Chat with tests
3. ask a question about existing tests
4. click on a test
5. navigateto the right section
6. click AI actions
7. click on any AI option
8. see the error
9. see no results shown

Expected behavior
Selected action is processed and result for the AI action is shown in this modal screen.

I investigated this issue: the problem is that after calling "Chat With Test" we only have access to model.project, and we want to access model.test. If we want these options to work properly, we need to add the test/suite_id to the URL. But this is out of my hand. Who can help/do it? @DavertMik
