Milestone
Description
Description:
After upgrading our Jira instance to version 11.3.1, the Jira plugin stopped working and can no longer be activated. Jira blocks the plugin due to a missing or invalid digital signature for the jira-server-plugin. An attempt was made to manually upload plugin version 41.5.15, but the installation failed with a file signature error. The user is asking whether a valid digital signature is available and requests help resolving the issue.
Environment:
Jira Datacenter: v11.3.1
Jira Universal Plugin Manager: v8.0.6
Steps to Reproduce:
- Upgrade Jira Datacenter to version 11.3.1.
- Open Jira Universal Plugin Manager.
- Attempt to activate the existing Jira plugin.
- Alternatively, try to upload plugin version 41.5.15 manually.
Actual Result:
- Plugin activation is blocked by Jira.
- Plugin upload fails with the error: “Signature check failed.”
Expected Result:
The Jira plugin should be successfully activated or installed after the Jira upgrade, provided it is compatible with the new version.
