People just can't not spam chat with annoying pepe emotes or mass joining in quick succession with their alt account army and they should be punished for that.

I would like the bot to detect a user sending too many messages or too many similar messages from multiple users in quick succession. A few settings to take into account would be...
- Timeframe
- Quantity of messages within that timeframe
- Optionally check for message similarity to bop multiple users spamming the same copypasta.
- Time out or Slow Mode?
I would also like the bot to detect if too many users join rapid succession within a timeframe and automatically kick them or time them out and optionally delete all invites to the server. There are a few settings to anti-raid that could be taken into account to properly detect a raid.
- User Account Age
- Timeframe
- Quantity of Accounts required to join within that timeframe to trigger anti-raid
- Kick or Time out?
- If time out for how long?

Deleting the server because this is just unbearable for me.
