Add RTAUDIO_INSTALL CMake variable #476
Description
GLFW has GLFW_INSTALL, which you can set to OFF to not generate any install/uninstall targets at all. I'd prefer that to the current RTAUDIO_TARGETNAME_UNINSTALL. Both options can exist side by side no problem.
