Following the GitHub Actions pattern of having one check per service, rather than one big check for faster feedback. This also means we no longer need to bundle `bundler-audit`.

Following the GitHub Actions pattern of having one check per service, rather than one big check for faster feedback. This also means we no longer need to bundle `bundler-audit`.
