Organize Source Files

This pull request reorganizes the source files with the following changes:

• Removal of the unused setup.py file.
• Renaming the fibonacci_series function to fibonacci_sequence and relocating it to the sequence.py file.
• Adjustment of the __init__.py file to expose the main function from __main__.py.
• Renaming the example module from starter to my_fibonacci.
