UIKit: Slider widget

As a UI designer I would like to have Slider widget for my UI screens

Describe the solution you'd like

Need to implement Slider widget with:

• Horizontal and vertical orientation.
• Must be integer value based.
• Must support style sheets
• It's nice to have to see a progress of slide visually
