Editor: Save asset dialog always appear even if prefab was saved

Description

Window "Do you want to save your changes?" always appear even if prefab was saved.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open prefab
2. Do some changes
3. Save prefab with a button and with Ctrl+S
4. Try closing prefab - window will always appear.
