Unable to switch off shadows

Prerequisites

The Editor is up and a project opened

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add a light source on scene with geometry
2. Enable "Cast Shadows" option
3. Disable "Cast Shadows" option

Expected behavior:

2. Shadows enabled
3. Shadows disabled

Actual behavior:

3. Shadows still visible but not updated

Reproducibility:
