Graph editor doesn't updating a node titles

Prerequisites

Create an Animation state machine with at least one state

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open an Animation state machine in the editor
2. Select a state
3. using Properties editor change a name of state

Expected behavior:

Name changed for the node on graph

Actual behavior:

The graph node has the same name before

Reproducibility:
