None-minimized JS files

I'd love to improve the script to load the posts dynamically so it gives a better gitBook feel!
Can you provide the full JS files?

@mapi33 the files were taken from gitbook itself, so I don't have originals, and I'm sure they've moved far beyond these since then. I also don't know that making this headless or using PJAX style setup in and of itself is going to make this the best either
