ARM64 currently broken

Due to oss-fuzz recent changes we are not able to build/run fuzzers on MacOS/ARM64. We are still investigating, but the main problem seems to be lack of arm64 oss-fuzz container images.

Both MacOS/ARM64 or Ubuntu/ARM64 are the same problem of Docker builds may fail to pull from ghcr.io

It appears to me as if the minikube binary on your host is not built for your host architecture. Could you please confirm that you can run minikube standalone /usr/local/bin/minikube? If that results in the same Exec format error it is likely that you need to download a version of minikube that is supported by your host architecture (e.g. an amd64 build if your host system is amd64).
