Collector shall create and maintain a logfile

Logs from vspackage frontend alone are sometimes insufficient to analyze issues in micro-profiler's work. There must be profiler's logs created by every profiled process. To reduce the chance of name collision, log filename shall look like: < process-exe-name >.< pid >.log
