I added a decent interface if wrong arguments are passed. This current build still takes some time to compress (I'm working on it). The major improvement is the fact, that this release actually manages to create smaller files than PNG (sometimes).

Early tests of library

This is the very first release of the Image Compression Library. The algorithm is still under development and is still worse then PNG in most cases. This is for Demo Purposes only.
