Add example showing how to use mitiq with and error correcting code

There have been a few recent papers showing how error mitigation can mix with both error detection and error correction. It would be great to have a tutorial showcasing such capability.

Examples:

1. Quantum Error Correction on Error-mitigated Physical Qubits (i think this would require less work to make work)
2. Combining Error Detection and Mitigation: A Hybrid Protocol for Near-Term Quantum Simulation

@CaiQuantum do you have any code from your recent paper (link 1) that we might be able to use? Or would you want to contribute an example :)

If this issue is not slated for a future hackathon, I will be able to add two Qrisp examples based on the Cai paper after #2894 is merged.
