feature_request: Allow non-network drives for sync

The current problem or need

I use Syncthing to sync my files. This doesn't use a network drive though, it just syncs a regular folder.

When I select this folder for syncing, it doesn't let me because, I assume, it expects a network drive.

Describe the solution you'd like

It would be nice if I could somehow select a regular folder for syncing.

thank you for the feature request.
This idea looks interesting, but it is an issue with the file system type detection. Especially in Flatpak, all directories that start with /run/user/1000/... use the fuse file system, so it might cause that the user (by mistake) selects the folder, which is not synchronized with the cloud storage, but it is out of the sandbox, which will bring confusion. So, for this reason, it is allowed only gvfsd-fuse and rclone-fuse file systems...

I understand that this feature protects users from accidentally selecting the wrong folder but I think a warning would be enough here.

I think if a user sees the warning "no cloud storage selected" or something, they will check again if that's not what they want.
