pop up's in pydeck

Target Use Case

a lot of libraries like folium, leaflet with shiny, maplibre let you create pop up's over some dot , pydeck let you do it but they are not clickeable it works like hover efect

Proposal

add clickeable points in map like in folium or maplibre

Support for this is coming soon in the pydeck 0.9.3 release via support for the PopupWidget and InfoWidget.
