[Bug Report][3.11.5] v-virtual-scroll - The page jumps after removing items from the list

Environment

Vuetify Version: 3.11.5
Vue Version: 3.5.28
OS: Windows 10 (current)

Steps to reproduce

1. Create array of length 1000
2. Scroll to the middle of the list.
3. Splice an item of random index

Expected Behavior

scroll position should be maintained

Actual Behavior

the page jumps down.
