BuildConfig.DEBUG 조건을 FeatureFlag.LECTURE_DIARY로 교체하고, 기본값을 false로 설정하여 feature flag로 기능 노출을 제어
PushPreferenceType에 DIARY 추가 (서버 enum과 일치) PushPreferences에 lectureDiary 필드 추가 푸시알림 설정 화면에 강의일기장 토글 UI 추가
