The first release of the colorzero library, splitting it out from the picamera library. The next release of picamera will depend on this library. Binary packages are available from GitHub, but you're probably better off sticking with your local package manager. On Raspbian:
$ sudo apt install python-colorzero python3-colorzero
On all other platforms:
$ sudo pip colorzero
