ci: re-enable wagmi verify

• re-enable the existing wagmi verify job in .github/workflows/verify.yml
• keep the existing matrix and commands unchanged

• pnpm build
• local replay of the wagmi job against TS 5.7.2 using a fresh wevm/wagmi clone wired to local viem
• pnpm check:types
• pnpm bench:types
• pnpm build
