Stage 1: turn the upstream README's free-form 31-item "CE 路线图" list
into a structured plan in docs/ROADMAP.md. For each item record:
- upstream source-code coordinates (which file/dir likely hosts it)
- dependency assessment (any closed-source Pro asset?)
- CE strategy (OSS rewrite / OSS enhance / neutralize / not implemented
/ decision deferred)
- target Stage (2-6)
Key decisions baked in:
- xeefei#26 / xeefei#27 / xeefei#28 (points/check-in) and xeefei#32 (purchase bot): not
implemented (per user direction and NOTICE.md).
- xeefei#4 / xeefei#6 / xeefei#17 / xeefei#24: redefined, stripping the commercial-license
semantics; xeefei#17 deferred to Stage 6 for a delete-vs-redefine review.
- Stage 0 leftovers logged for Stage 2 cleanup:
* install.sh L4 comment "(付费/免费二合一)"
* dnsjc.sh L36 banner still says "X-Panel-Pro 面板"
* x-ui.sh sublink reference block (L1640-1675) keep-or-delete TBD
