missing key in info.plist for refresh rate 60hz+

(CADisableMinimumFrameDurationOnPhone)is missing from the info.plist so mame cant go higher than 60hz so it cause sound issue for games like donkey kong and other games that have higher refresh rate or not at exact 60hz

it will help for ProMotion devices don't know if it does anything for 60hz devices
